Free Screenshots Tool With SnapShots

Snap Shots – Here’s a neat little tool that I can across while serfing the internet. Snap Shots offers a free tool that will allow you to displays previews in small or large snap shot box that pops up. To get an idea of what this tool does, just hover over the small tv icon at the begging of this paragraph and you’ll see the snap shot preview tool at work. One of the key benefits of using this type of tool is that the user does not have to leave your site to get a feel for your promoted external links. They will be presented with a preview and have the opportunity to decide whether or not to click through or to remain on your site.
You may customize the preview colors, add your logo, choose from about 50 different languages, change preview size, and configure when and where the preview will be displayed. Using a blog? Snap Shots can be implemented into most blog types and web pages and those using WordPress, they do offer a WordPress plug-in. As this is a WordPress theme, we did install the the plug-in for use on this site. Below are a couple of previews from YouTube & Wikipedia:
Overall I think this tool will help to provide an elevated user experience for most viewers. It’s also important to note that if the particular user/reader wants to change a couple options or just doesn’t like the tool, there are settings built into the tool that will allow each user to customize. Just hover over one of the snap shots, drag your mouse over to the top right corner and select the snap shot options. Here you will be able to customize the experience to your liking or disable the tool completely.
