I have used Google Adwords for several years, but their lack of customer service has been as frustrating as …. The bank sent me an updated visa with new numbers, and when I went to update it on Google, it would not let me change my billing at all. It always tells me to try later. I have been trying unsuccessfully to reach anyone at Google for the last 8 months to change my billing preferences. I spent hours and hours getting the roughly 2,000 keywords I wanted, so it wasn’t easy to abandon the work I put in to building the campaigns. I am really looking forward to using BING, because they have customer service in case something like this comes up. Google has been very difficult.

I use both Bing and Google search engine and i dont see much difference in their search results. I use google for searching hard to find academic topics and Bing for general search.

i think that Bing is not as good as Google. Google would still index new websites faster than Bing. Microsoft would still need a lot of catching to do with GoogleBot.

Hey Heather, I’ve tried using Bing search when it first was launched and found the results to be less than favorable. I haven’t tried it since then so I’m sure the results have gotten much better by now. As far as our advertising with Bing…we did fairly well. We were surprised that the first conversion came in after only a couple clicks.

my default search engine is Yahoo but now i am using BING because it is much better than Yahoo. i heard that Bing search engine would power Yahoo search also.
