Webinaria Free Screen Capture Tool

Webinaria is another free screen capture tool that quickly does the job of recording whatever you display on your screen.  If your looking to record software demonstrations or business tutorials, this software tool is designed to do just that.  One of the things I like the most about Webinaria is how quick you can get up and running with your recordings.

You simply download the software directly from the Webinaria site, start the program, hit the record button, name your file and destination, and your off and running.  After you’ve created your recording you’ll be prompted to preview the video, edit it, or quickly publish.

As mentioned in the video, I was quickly up and running with this software in less than 10 minutes after having downloaded it.  Because of the minimal tabs and buttons that are on the tool, I think this helps to guide you along with easy application.

Things To Consider

• The software does leave a bit to be desired in the area of options and customization.  Compared to other free screen capture tools, Webinaria appears to be less flexible.
• We were not able to successfully signup for an account which would allow for the uploading of video to their site for hosting.
• The file size of the recorded video was initially too big to use and upload to our site until we compressed it down.
