Free PDF Creator With Primo PDF

Primo PDF is offering a free tool that allows you to compress many different file types into .pdf format.  Compress any of your Word, Excel, and Powerpoint format as well as image files.  By compressing these types of files we are talking about less space taken while maintaining the same image and file quality.  Primo PDF also has a feature that allows you to create  your pdf for e-book use.

Primo PDF works with Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, Vista, 7 (32- and 64-bit)

I originally had an older version of the software installed on my computer.  After telling a couple friends of mine about the software, they quickly downloaded and started to make use of the software.  They informed me of a feature that I had not known about.  When you download the tool now there will appear an icon on your desktop. They call this the pdf drop file.

What you’ll do with this icon is simply drag your documents on top of this icon and it will immediately convert the file into pdf format.  It does this without having to open the file, access the printer menu and then select the primo pdf print tool. Hopefully you’ll be able to save some time with this as every second counts.
